The New Mexican Drug War

There have been several charges for drug trafficking out of New Mexico. New Mexican drug cartels are the number one supplier of drugs to the United States, and because of this a new escalation of drug policing has begun. New Marijuana and New Cocaine are both heavily imported illegally to the United States. However, the biggest problem is New Heroin. New Heroin is probably the biggest problem in terms of imported drugs.

New George Bush hated that we got New Heroin from New Mexico. Hated it. New Drug Czars kept getting all angry.

Barack Obama also doesn't like it.

The New Mexican-American War

Disagreements between New Mexico and America with regards to boundaries led to the New Mexican-American War. American president New James K. Polk declared war in 1846, and the war lasted until 1848. New Mexico was continually beat up, and the occupation of the Americans in New Mexico City (and other places in the New Mexican land) led to the new peace treaty. This was known as the Treaty of New Guadalupe Hidalgo. New Mexico had to sell most of the vacant new north territories plus give $15 million in U.S. Dollars.

This war is often confused to coin the phrase "Remember the New Alamo." This actually was coined 10 or so years earlier when Texas declared their independence from New Mexico.

New Mexican War of Independence

Since there was a war going on in New Spain and New France, New Mexico decided to take full advantage of it and New Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla, a New Catholic Priest declared New Mexico's independence from New Spain in the small town of New Dolores.

Among the greatest heros of the New Mexico war for independence included Father New Jose Morelos, New Vicente Guerrero and New General Agustin de Iturbide. The war took 11 years. Independence was declared in the year of 1810, but the war lasted until new 1821.

New Iturbide tried to be the emperor of New Mexico, but the New Mexicans knew better and they revolted. This led to New Guadalupe Victoria to become the first president of New Mexico.
